NLP - Energy - A Little Sound, A Name, A Note ....
EFT - Useful EFT Add On Pattern
Perceptional Positions - Having A Better Time
Energy Gestures - Giving & Receiving
Here's something interesting I thought I'd mention. Yesterday morning, I was doing the Heart Healing mp3 and I noted that the second voice, the one that says, "On my own dear heart" was exclusively on the left channel. Now that is *exactly* as it should be (don't ask!) but what happened was that for the first time in my life, I took a sound and moved it from one side to the other, apparently straight through my brain. It was a very interesting and unusual sensation which caused some form of energy shift and I was very surprised because it was so easy. I've been doing NLP for donkeys years now and one of the things I could never do was to move around the auditory locations or even affect them much; I'd kind of given up on this by now altogether. But here's the deal, and try this at home, right now. Take a small sound, such as a name or even a single note, and start it on one side, then follow it as the sound travels to the other - left to right or right to left, it matters not. It's a cool thing and actually quite easy to do, feels quite natural. I'm not so sure what that is all about but I am intrigued, its true. What do you make of this? cheers, SF
Anyone ever noticed that the EFT protocol doesn't have an *END*? It just kinda - stops. When you get to the last point. As this is rather a strange feeling which always left me personally with the "???" right from the start, when I came to write it up I added to "take three deep slow breaths" to make up for it. I just did a bit of intuitive EFT and then *ended it with the heart healing gesture* and the requisite 3 deep breaths and THAT was just perfect. See EFT is a ritual so we have the 3x opening statement with rubbing the sore spot or the KC point - a clean starting point. Then we have a sequence of events unfolding (the full sequence of tapping points, with or without the 9 gamut eye movements, run twice or just the once). But if you then add the Heart Healing gesture with the 3 deep breaths, you have a perfectly cohesive and fully balanced *whole*. I am willing to bet half my income that to add this onto the EFT sequence will reduce apex effect, help center the clients, and either reduce or entirely alleviate the need for an extra "energy stabiliser" such as an overall Reiki balancing or the "innocent water" treatment to properly finish the intervention. The Heart Healing posture and the three deep breaths totally perform that stabilisation and centering I was looking for to finish any one round of EFT treatment - and will have people (even constructs) be more accepting of the treatment, more likely to remember it fondly and to recommend it to their friends, and find it more acceptable overall. Try it and tell me how you like it. waves, SF
I'd like to re-draw your attention, ladies and gentlemen, to the seemingly innocent Melville Pattern. Independently, three people have now confirmed my own experiences with that pattern and so I'm thinking that's a general and structural effect and a very, very useful one at that. It changes perceptional positions and thereby, state and energy FOR THE BETTER. It does that quite easily, instantly and the whole thing has a major giggle attached to it, for the want of a better word. To remind us, the Melville pattern superstrike is to ask, "What doesn't this remind me of?" or "What isn't this at all like?" First time it happened that I used it was when watching THE most atrocious TV programme/talkshowey thing and I nearly flung my coffeecup at the screen, when the thought just occurred, "What isn't this at all like?" And quite instantly, I started to think about TV programmes of that genre that I actually like, with intelligent presenters who have a twinkle in their eye, filmed with interesting guests in a cool setting ... I also did this whilst stuck in a traffic jam this afternoon, middle of the town, people everywhere, kids screaming, hammer drill sounds, horns blaring, sun blazing down, hot as hell, yuck. "What isn't this at all like?" Well. It isn't like being up to your chest in clear blue, fresh water of a very pleasing cool temperature, in a most pleasant location with not a soul in sight or sound and just about to let yourself fall backward and just float in delight .... Aaaah ... I grinned happily to myself and turned up the stereo a little, musing about how little the external world actually has to do with how one feels inside :-) - and making a mental note to post this tonite because it is truly useful. There are other major uses for the Melville Pattern but I'll keep them for another time. cheers, SF :-)
Giving and Receiving - AGAIN! Immediately I thought, yeah he can give but he can't receive. Isn't it the same old story! What to do about it! Anyway, I kinda drifted off and started thinking about receiving. As I did I made a spirally/circular movement with my left hand towards me. Then I thought about giving and creating and damn if my right hand didn't make the same spirally movement but *in the opposite direction*! I thought, oh bugger it! Of course, that is an enormous structural problem - its either or, isn't it, the way its set up consciously/energetically. You either give (that-away-flow) or you take (this-away-flow) because of the linguistic set up of giving and receiving being either a two person game or simply polar opposites! And of course what needs to be is a simultaneous flow at the same time because if there isn't, with too much giving you end up empty and with too much receiving you end up full and it all crashes one way or the other. Serial giving and receiving is total crap because then you vacillate between client and therapist all the time, basically! Neither a lender nor a borrower be, my son! When I then tried to bring those two opposing spirals/circuits together in the middle, my head basically exploded and I had to stop for a moment and gather myself. So I had another idea. I made the gesture of energy coming towards me with the left hand and the opposing circuit route with the right. Which wasn't at all easy but eventually I got some kind of rhythm there and it worked nicely. Tried to bring them together in the middle and - chaos! So I did a spot of EFT (and had a good idea for an EFT add on, will post separately), a little HH as that happens to be in the center (yeah right good thinking Silvia!) and tried it again. And do you know what? It turns out that it is *a single circle* that contains *both directions*. Duh - whoa - duh - ahm .... Very difficult to explain, now feeling really quite spaced out. Try it at home folks. It is very, very, very weird. But you have to actually use your hands to really get it. .... SF
