Focal Time Movements - Creating The Future

To control exactly where in time the consciousness travels, or in other words, where to place one's attention in past, present or future, is a movement of consciousness that is one of the core skills in reality creation, and of course, in any form of meaningful magic.

This NLP Energy exercise in conscious movements by Dr Hartmann offers a different path to creating a positive future, one thought at a time.

Creating The Future

The consciousness has the ability to "travel in time" to any event, at any time; where it lands or enters into, can determine the state a person is CURRENTLY in.

If the consciousness enters into the information fields absolutely, the past or the future becomes the now, to all intents and purposes, and the body and mind will then respond or act accordingly.

* For an example, see post traumatic flash backs, where the person "re-lives" portions of the traumatic experience in the here-and-now.

To control exactly where in time the consciousness travels, or in other words, where to place one's attention, is a movement of consciousness that is one of the core skills in reality creation, and of course, in any form of meaningful magic.

This particular pattern deals with making use of the movement of consciousness into the future to stop the past from re-creating itself, or the present, which might be worse.

Essentially, we are going to direct the consciousness to move FORWARD and into the future.

Focussing on the future is a very useful device to be helping us out energetically if change is sought for the present conditions.

 
Here's why.
 
Thinking about the past puts your energy system into reversal.

Whether this is about past mistakes or past glories, it matters not really. It's all in the past and should be stored out of harm's reach in the energy matrix anyway, cleansed and filed, and not be spooking around in our conscious awareness unless we deliberately seek to call it forth - and THEN we are only calling forth the information content, not the requisite states of misery and heartache which inevitably go with material that has yet to be correctly processed.*

* If you have traumatic flashbacks, or traumatic memories that constantly surface in inappropriate situations, you need to treat those as a priority as these denote significant disturbances in your systems. Use NLP, EFT, EmoTrance, PS, or any other modality which will essentially heal these disturbances.

 
In this pattern, any thoughts about the past are immediately stopped by withdrawing attention and placing it with *volition* on future projects, preferably delightful ones that help move you forward towards them.

This is the core Focal Time Movement of consciousness - to direct conscious attention to any event, past present or future, AT WILL, and in this case, to direct attention towards the future.*

* If you expect to have nasty depressing swirly slime-mountain events on your future timeline which make you want to stay in bed and never get up again, and no matter what they might be, best to eradicate them, take them out NOW and explode them with a Quantum X grenade. This creates a "clear future" which may then be filled with different events, or different VERSIONS of expected events.

We direct attention forward towards the future and in this pattern, do not direct attention at the now.

Why not the Now?

Aren't we always told we're supposed to be "in the now, in our bodies, fully associated"?

That, too, is a particular movement of consciousness, and it is just one of many; there are times and places where the ability to have the consciousness be entirely integrated into the now and having that be all there is.

IF THE DESIRED OUTCOME IS TO CHANGE THE NOW, ASSOCIATING INTO THE NOW IS NOT THE ANSWER.

We endlessly re-create the now if we keep focussing on the now.
 
Just as we endlessly re-create the past by focussing on the past.
 
Where you place your attention, the next step stone appears - it's like we really have the capacity to walk in this space where there is nothing, and wherever you turn your head, the road will appear THAT way as a direct response.
 
So if you keep your conscious focus on the now, no further step stones can appear. We remain on the single step stone of a frozen form of now and there, only judgements about the now are the result, as the now gets endlessly re-created, with no forward movement.
 
By shifting the conscious attention and focus FORWARD and towards the future, we produce a MOVEMENT that is in keeping with the general propensity of the Creative Order to be always forward moving and never, ever, standing still.

The forward focus un-reverses the energy system and avoids falling "back", quite literally, on old or outdated memories, learnings, experiences, times that have been and gone, and are no longer appropriate today.

With the absence of draining reversals, and an open, positively ATTRACTIVE future to move towards, the now states become light and buoyant as a direct result - even  if the now isn't that pleasant, or attractive.
 
Here is a simple example.

A person might be in a long line at an airport, tired, hot and sweaty, and there's a notice coming up that the plane has been delayed for another 2 hours.

The now is extremely unpleasant, and to keep attention here leads into an ever increasing spiral of reversals all over the systems, as well as the necessary judgements about the now being unpleasant  in so many different ways; these reversals lead to even further energy loss, literally weakening the body and the mind, and this whole experience can become a traumatising nightmare.

Taking charge of the consciousness and moving it forward in time, to instead consider a time, which WILL come, when a shower has been had, cool drinks have been drunk, and one is resting in delicious comfort on a lounger, breathing deeply and enjoying the breeze, takes the reversals out of the energy system, leads to an instant sense of refreshment and relaxation, and moves the entire situation forward towards a positive outcome.

As the focal time movement creates positive, buoyant states in the now, it is also highly likely that our airport traveller will make better decisions in the now as a direct result, even if it is just sitting down on his suitcase and relaxing, rather than fighting the reversals and getting more and more wound up and distraught in the process.

Using the forward movement of consciousness out of an unpleasant/undesirable now and into a pleasant and desireable future can be as fast as a thought and with a little practice, can literally transform any experience, whilst constantly re-affirming THE ABSOLUTE DESIRE FOR POSITIVE EXPERIENCES.

This is a particularly important aspect of the focal time movement; this is not just about escaping from an unpleasant past and/or present, but about ACTIVELY CREATING a better future.

The Focal Length Of The Future Movement

Please note that in the example given the future was not that far away.

This was not a future that was going to transpire some 20 years later and after the traveller had retired from his work which caused him to be in the airport on that day.

The focal length was very short, it involved perhaps 5 - 8 hours, when the current blip on the timeline had been alleviated and near enough forgotten already.

In general, the closer in time the positive forward drawing experience resides, the more "motivational" and easily accessible it becomes; and the more powerful it works as a reality creator.

To place a motivational event just after the now that needs the change is the easiest of the focal time movements to learn, and the most successful for beginners.

If you remember the idea of creating a path made from step stones into your own future, you can see/feel how that works.

By keeping the focal length short, we also avoid getting "lost in time" or in delusion; the future we are consciously considering, or creating, if you will, is still directly connected to the now, rather than being a disconnected fantasy or illusion that will never come to pass.

Short focal length movements to events in the past can also be a very educational movement to learn and especially, in learning to avoid AUTOMATICALLY being consciously thrown into the same old three events again, and again.

With practice, longer movements into the future can be utilised, and various future step stones can be connected and explored, as well.

To sum up.

To change the now, dwelling on the past or on the now is not helpful to the energy system, and creates reversed states of low energy flow and potentially even emotional pain.

Focusing on the future, on the other hand, un-reverses the energy system INSTANTLY, which is immediately noticeable in improved body sensations in the now, as well as clearer thoughts and more resources coming back online IN THE NOW.

Keeping the focal length SHORT for now and until these movements of consciousness are more under control, keeps the future directly linked to the now and provides the strongest, most motivational FORWARD ATTRACTIONS to move in the direction of desired outcomes.

By moving the focus of conscious attention forward into a desired future, we constantly provide ourselves and all our systems with blueprints and examples of HOW WE WANT OUR LIFE TO BE.

As this is very detailed, and arises in many different contexts and circumstances, at home, at work, day and night, during any kind of activity, a much more detailed FUTURE DESIGN comes into being, that does not just contain a few societal stock ideas such as a big house, a big car, or a new lover, but FILLS IN details on state and helps create an overall vision of a future that is attractive and forward moving TO YOU PERSONALLY.
